5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 We will from time to time, without notice, monitor content submitted by the Customer and if deemed offensive will be removed without notice.
5.2 If contacted regarding content we reserve the right to amend, modify or delete some or all of the offending material and possibly remove the user account without refund.
5.3 All users of the site must recognize that individuals have differing standards, but at no time should supply content that would be considered pornographic or offer services that would be deemed unlawful or illegal in the UK, the USA, under EU Law or the country of the user. Work may be considered art by some users, but unsuitable by Show Real Talent, if not removed after contact from a Customer, if requested, we will provide a written summary of the reasoning behind the decision and will allow independent mediation and consultation by a mutually agreeable party; both parties must abide by the mediators decision unless it contravenes one or more international laws.
5.4 All users should be over the age of 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site if below this age.
5.5 Use of material and submission of images, video, sound, text or any other item under no circumstances represent Show Real Talent Limited, their staff, directors or associate companies.
