7. Miscellaneous
7.1 The Customer grants to Show Real Talent a license to use and reproduce all Customer Data in order to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. In this agreement "Customer Data" means all information, data, text, logos, images, audio, movie clips and/or content in any form that forms part of the Customer's web sites or emails.
7.2 A provision of, or a right created under this agreement, may not be waived except in writing signed by the party granting the waiver, or varied except in writing signed by the parties.
7.3 The law in force in the United Kingdom governs this agreement and the transactions contemplated by this agreement.
7.4 You may not resell Services or assign your rights and obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent.
7.5 Show Real Talent may redesign the web site in its sole discretion at any time. If any redesign materially and adversely affects the placement of one or more items, or if Show Real Talent is otherwise unable to display such we will work with Customer to display the affected material elsewhere or in another format if it is felt by Show Real Talent that the loss of material is detrimental to the site.
7.6 The Customer must take reasonable care to protect their content, and no other user may, without prior written permission from the owner, modify or acquire material that is not their own.
